Type 2 EV Cable charges faster as a home portable car charger. In order to ensure the safety of electricity use, the charging current of the AC charging gun we designed is smaller than that of ordinary household electricity, and can be directly connected to household electricity for use. The charging current is limited to 8A and the charging power is 1.76kW. Although the charging time is a little slow, it is very safe.

Use Attention

● If the instrument prompts the user to plug in the gun to charge, please charge it immediately to avoid long-term lack of power, otherwise the battery will be irreversibly damaged and its service life will be affected.
● It is recommended that the vehicle charging environment temperature be between 30℃~+50℃, avoid charging in low temperature or high temperature environment (recommended to charge at noon in winter, and charge in the morning and evening in summer).
● Use household power for charging, and the current specification of the selected socket and conversion cable shall not be lower than the rated current on the nameplate of the AC charging socket assembly.
● To prevent personal injury caused by arc caused by abnormal power failure, please unlock the key first, turn off the power, and then unplug the triangular plug.
● The high-voltage cables in the car are wrapped in orange corrugated tubes, please pay attention to identification.
● Before charging, please check whether the outer skin and shell of the charging cable are damaged. If the above situation occurs, please contact the Geely car service station for repair as soon as possible, and it is forbidden to use the damaged charging cable.
● Before charging, please ensure that the rain, stains, etc. near the charging port of the fuselage are dry, and then open the charging port to charge. Pay special attention to the charging socket and surrounding areas without water stains.
● Do not stand in water, liquid, or snow plugs with wet hands, otherwise electric shock may occur, resulting in casualties.
● In case of sudden change of weather (wind, rain, snow, thunderstorm) during charging, check whether the charging plug is firm and dry; do not touch the charging cable or the car when struck by lightning.
● If the charging port gets wet during charging, if it is safe to do so, first unlock the vehicle and disconnect the power supply, then unplug the EV cable.
● After charging, be sure to close the protective cover of the charging base and the charging port; before starting the vehicle, be sure to unplug the charging plug from the charging port.
● At present, there are many public charging piles on the market that are damaged, and it may be difficult to pull out the charging gun after charging. Please pull out the charging gun as slowly as possible for several times, so as not to damage the charging port with too much force.
